Cooking w/ Chef Megan- Veggies & Roast Chicken

Cooking Classes are now at the Nelson Center! Chef Megan Smith will be hosting a variety of cooking classes on select Wednesdays throughout the Summer and Fall, beginning on June 18! Chef Megan has worked as a professional chef for over 40 years, has been featured on the Food Network, and was most recently the chef and owner of Ironwood American Bistro. Come learn from the best!!!

This class is focused on Veggies and the Humble Roast Chicken - Oven roasting, quick chicken stock, blanching & shocking. Discussion on Fiber. “We eat to nourish our bodies.”
