Cooking w/ Chef Megan - Valentine's Day

Cooking Classes are now at the Nelson Center! Chef Megan Smith will be hosting a variety of cooking classes on select Wednesdays throughout the Summer and Fall, beginning on June 18! Chef Megan has worked as a professional chef for over 40 years, has been featured on the Food Network, and was most recently the chef and owner of Ironwood American Bistro. Come learn from the best!!!

This class is focused on Orange Scented Chocolate Cake & Crème Anglaise - Just in time for Valentines Day! Treat yourself, the cake is only 250 calories using Xylo Sweet sugar substitute. Discussion on Sugar. “We eat for pleasure”
